I need the full name of each participant as there will be a personalized gift & note card made out to each attendee. 

Cost $75 per person, 

$60 each when you bring a friend - When we heal ourselves we can heal each other.

Parking: Street or in lot across the street at corporate event.

Time: 6-8pm

Arrival: Please arrive between 5:45-6pm. 

Doors need to be locked at 6:15pm so there are no disruptions to the healing.
